Limitations of our expertise

Our training includes trauma-informed care and informed consent principles, but we are not equipped or accredited to handle deep-seated trauma. Individuals seeking help for trauma-related issues should consult a certified trauma therapist or medical professional.

Event purpose

Please note that no trauma therapists or medical experts will be on-site during our event. This retreat is designed for educational and recreational purposes. If you have any concerns about attending, we recommend consulting with a medical professional to determine if this event is suitable for your needs.

Health and Well-being:

  • This retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care.

  • Participants must inform the facilitator of any current treatments (especially psychiatric or psychological), health conditions, long-term illnesses, epilepsy, asthma, pregnancy, etc., before the seminar.

  • Participants confirm they do not use psychopharmaceuticals and have no serious infectious or sexually transmitted diseases.

Personal Responsibility

  • Participant Autonomy: We prioritise a pressure-free environment where no participant is required to engage in any activity that makes them uncomfortable. Each individual is empowered to choose their level of involvement, ensuring informed consent is always prioritised.

  • Nudity and Boundaries: Some activities may include optional nudity and consensual interactions with other participants. We hold your personal boundaries in the highest regard. Whether you choose to participate in activities involving nudity, prefer to remain fully clothed, or opt out of mutual activities altogether, your decision will be fully respected and supported.

  • Participation Choices: Participants have the option to explore and embody the principles taught, with individual choice taking precedence. Alternatives are available for those who choose not to participate in certain sessions. Our facilitators are committed to conducting all interactions with care, respect, and strict adherence to guidelines and personal boundaries.

  • Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your well-being and actions throughout the program. The facilitator’s guidance is offered as suggestions to be followed at your discretion. Be mindful that the seminar may involve physical, psychological, or emotional challenges.

Dietary Considerations:

  • The retreat includes a detoxifying diet: gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free.

  • We will abstain from coffee, black tea, alcohol or other drug (unless prescribed by a medical professional), and cigarettes during the event.

Communication:

  • If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can accommodate others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
